Designing Privacy with IKEA
While using the IKEA App recently I discovered their section dedicated to privacy and helping users understand what is and will be going on with their data generated by the company.
I was pleasantly surprised with their approach and how much effort they put into making sure their customers understood their privacy policy clearly.
Accessable Privacy
We see many more company's today using techniques such as creative copywriting and illustration that break down and make a privacy policy easier to understand.
I believe the benefits of treating privacy as a first class citizen in the product design process is that the effort goes a long way to build trust for not only the business but also the brand.
